Hope for Tomorrow ~ Triple Play

Woohoo! 2 Sketches 4 You picked this card as The Card of the Week:) Thanks so much, 2S4Y!

Whew...three challenges in one! It took me most of the afternoon to plan and complete (with a few interruptions for my three kiddos), but here it is. I found a new color challenge, The Color Dare #10 using Cameo Coral, Soft Suede & Bashful Blue. The Ways to Use It Challenge #251 over at Splitcoaststampers motivated me to dust off the Sense of Time stamp set and all was encorporated in Laura's Sketch #42 over at 2 Sketches 4 You. This was a fun card to make and I hope you all like it:)

Princess Time ~ TPE 47 & CAS 47

This Princess Time card is the result of combining two challenges...The Pink Elephant #47 Sketch Challenge and the Clean & Simple (CAS) Challenge #47 over at Splitcoaststampers. The CAS challenge this week was to use the DisneyStore.com for inspiration. When I clicked over to the website, I was drawn to a princess crown and wand set that my dear daughter would love. However, I think my little princess loves the card even more...LOL! When she saw the card she said, "Oh, Mommy, is that for me?"

From My Heart ~ SSSC 50

Sunday...time for another one of Karen Giron's fabulous sketches, Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #50. The main panel of the sketch lended itself nicely in using this hat image.

I need to begin working on an Occasions Mini swap card using this new stamp set called Garden From the Heart. The garden hat image is beautiful but difficult to color with the intricate design...I definately need some more practice with it.

Stamps: Garden From the Heart
Ink: Black Stazon, Taken With Teal, Ruby Red, More Mustard, Chocolate Chip Stampin' Write Markers
Paper: More Mustard, Taken with Teal CS, Watercolor Paper, Autumn Splendor DSP
Other: Scallop Edge Punch, 5/8" Chocolate Chip Grosgrain, Blender Pen, Linen Thread, Playground Designer Buttons
